Owns product vision, strategy, backlog prioritization, user stories, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and UAT handoffs. Collaborates with Scrum Masters, technical and UI/UX teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, manage risks and dependencies, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement. Requires strong Agile product development, requirements documentation, process modeling, SQL, systems integration, and healthcare insurance domain knowledge.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based microservices and RESTful APIs. Translate requirements into low-level designs, optimize performance, conduct code reviews, debug issues, integrate databases and messaging systems, collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams, and mentor junior developers.

Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large IT programs: define scope, plans, estimates, and staffing; manage risks, issues, change, budgets, and governance; mentor cross-functional teams; run stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and client workshops; ensure adherence to PMO processes and drive continuous improvement.
