Sets formats, hooks, visual language, and editing standards; directs creators and editors; develops and evaluates vertical content experiments; uses platform performance signals to guide creative decisions; builds creator networks; delivers AI-assisted formats; and presents creative concepts to clients. The role is fully remote with UK and Dubai team overlap and potential international travel for shoots.

Own and develop the company’s production Content Operating System across FastAPI services, React front ends, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Run. Responsibilities include shipping features, managing sprint commitments, testing and releases, monitoring reliability, responding to incidents, making architecture decisions, managing technical debt, and directing AI coding agents. The role requires close collaboration with an AI Developer in a small, remote, async technical team.

Deputizes for the CBO on production operations and serves as the senior escalation point for complex live productions.

Lead creative strategy for major Middle Eastern tourism, hospitality, luxury, and government clients. Develop campaign concepts, treatments, narratives, and visual worlds; present and defend ideas to CMO-level stakeholders; direct creators, filmmakers, photographers, and production teams; maintain quality across films, social, vertical, and still content; establish client creative principles; and use AI image and video tools to accelerate ideation and visualization.

Own BD Academy Dubai operations end to end, coordinating cohorts, schedules, venues, trainers, mentors, creators, producers, suppliers, budgets, staffing, capacity planning, and post-production approvals. Manage client relationships, identify and resolve risks, negotiate with local partners, track financial variance, and build supplier and facilities infrastructure supporting Beautiful Destinations’ wider UAE operations.

Coordinates production logistics for travel content shoots, including travel and accommodation bookings, call sheets, permits, releases, insurance, gear shipping, visas, and creator itineraries. Verifies AI-generated documents, tracks operational status, supports capacity planning and contract development, assists the Chief Brand Officer, and helps manage the creator network. The role includes shadowing shoots and developing toward a Producer position.
