Partner with operational leaders to lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Provide financial education, perform complex ad hoc analyses, support JV/PSA financials, and help develop capital and program business plans.

Lead and deliver enterprise, cross-functional strategic projects (> $5M), implement project portfolio management, develop system-wide PM tools/methods, manage budgets and vendor selection, and mentor project leaders.

Greet and register patients in person and by phone, collect demographic and insurance information, process co-pays, reconcile end-of-day transactions, manage lobby and supplies, assist with scheduling and basic office communication, and participate in staff meetings.

Provide end-to-end employee relations counsel and investigations, coach leaders on performance and conduct, track and analyze ER case trends, update policies, partner with HRBP, Law, and Labor Relations, and drive prevention and retention initiatives.

Designs and develops learner-centric education using instructional design methodology and technology (web-based training, video, ILT/vILT, microlearning). Conducts design and needs analysis with SMEs, creates assessments and materials, integrates platforms, measures learning outcomes, and consults on improvement opportunities.
