Support end-to-end Saviynt access certification campaigns: configure, launch, monitor, resolve defects, manage remediation, produce reports/audit evidence, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain runbooks, and improve certification processes and governance.

Lead administration, optimization, and operational support of enterprise security platforms with a primary focus on Netskope CASB/SSE. Develop and tune DLP, web, cloud, endpoint privilege, and email security policies. Integrate platforms with ServiceNow, onboard users/apps, perform root cause analysis, build dashboards and documentation, and collaborate with SOC and engineering teams on policy updates and platform improvements.

Lead India recruiting operations: own recruiting and account P/L across US & India, build and mentor high-performing teams, leverage AI and analytics to boost recruiting ROI, engage clients and vendors, and drive growth in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Ping Identity-based IAM (PingFederate, PingAccess, Ping MFA). Troubleshoot SSO, SAML/OAuth/OIDC, MFA, certificates, tokens, and federation issues. Support AWS-hosted IAM, Kubernetes/EKS deployments, perform RCA, incident/change management, on-call rotations, create runbooks/SOPs, and coordinate with application, infra, cloud, network, and security teams.

Administer and monitor Matillion SaaS environments, manage user provisioning and RBAC, configure hybrid agent connectivity, maintain connections/credentials and audit logs, troubleshoot platform issues, coordinate upgrades with cloud/DevOps teams, create runbooks and documentation, support onboarding and capacity planning, and optimize costs and platform governance.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative and agentic AI solutions using Python. Build agent workflows, RAG pipelines, integrate LLMs and MCP/tool-calling, use LangGraph and MLflow, collaborate with Agile teams, and optimize scalable production-grade AI applications.
