Assists with regular and pension payroll preparation under the Corporate Payroll Manager. Coordinates assigned payroll stages, verifies payroll data and demographic interfaces from Workday, Kronos, and ADP Payforce, reviews payroll batches for accuracy, and coordinates error corrections. Provides delegated work direction and supports accurate, efficient payroll processing at the corporate office.

Lead NewYork-Presbyterian’s system-wide planned giving program, managing staff, donor portfolios, cultivation, solicitation, and closure of complex charitable gifts. Partner with hospital leadership, trustees, physicians, legal counsel, financial advisors, and development teams to achieve fundraising goals. Oversee gift administration, compliance, marketing, events, training, data quality, vendors, donor recognition, and program performance while ensuring adherence to tax, legal, and industry standards.

Lead complex internal audit and advisory engagements across a large healthcare enterprise. Plan and execute concurrent projects, assess risks and internal controls, recommend improvements, engage stakeholders, and ensure compliance with IIA standards. Manage audit staff through coaching, mentorship, career development, and performance management while contributing to governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Provides strategic oversight of hospital supply chain logistics and technology, including receiving, distribution, replenishment, shipping, inventory management, general stores, and equipment center operations. Leads campus supply chain staff, drives enterprise standardization, manages stakeholder and supplier relationships, and improves performance through data analysis, planning, and materials management systems.
