Lead manufacturing improvement projects across Mauser facilities: plan, design, and validate process and equipment changes to reduce cost, downtime, and scrap; develop work instructions and documentation; support start-up, testing, root-cause analysis, contractor coordination, and regulatory/OSHA compliance.
