Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA), perform inspections and incident investigations, maintain records, develop and deliver safety training, support safety program improvements, and manage environmental reporting and permits while traveling frequently to job sites.

Provide administrative support for safety functions: maintain compliance portals (ISNetworld, Avetta, HighWire, SiteDocs), track training and certifications, manage employee and incident records, compile KPI and claims documentation, assist Safety Director and regional safety staff, support supply chain on PPE and POs, run department reports, and perform general office duties.

Provide HR administrative support across onboarding, background and drug screening coordination, HR reporting, safety administration, event planning, HR data management, and general HR operations to ensure compliant, timely processes for a multi-location workforce.
