Lead day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, fixed assets and reconciliations; manage month-end/year-end close, financial reporting (GAAP), internal controls, external audits, and a small accounting team; partner with CFO on budgeting, forecasting, cash management and analysis; support tax, lender reporting, acquisitions, system implementations, and multi-location operational finance improvements.

Build and maintain financial and operational reports and dashboards, automate reporting processes, support ad-hoc analysis, improve data visibility and reporting accuracy, and partner with Finance and Operations on forecasting and performance tracking.
