Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A (Financial Planning and Analytics) Analyst to support reporting, dashboard development, and process improvement initiatives across the business.
This role will be working closely with Finance and Operations to improve data visibility, automate reporting processes, and support better business decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support business performance
- Assist with reporting for revenue, labor, operations, and financial performance metrics
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from Finance and Operations teams
- Help improve visibility into business performance through data and reporting enhancements
Systems & Process Improvement
- Assist with transitioning manual reporting processes into more automated and scalable solutions
- Help improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual reporting efforts
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within FP&A and reporting functions
Business Partnership
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to support forecasting and reporting needs
- Translate reporting requirements into practical dashboard and reporting solutions
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving reporting, analytics, and business performance tracking
Qualifications
Required
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, or analytics
- Advanced Excel skills and Power BI
- Experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Exposure to SQL or data querying tools
- Experience supporting operational or multi-location businesses
- Experience improving or automating reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or related field
Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to legally work in the United States.
Background and driver's license check will be required upon the acceptance of written offer.
