Full-cycle GTM recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for Sales, Marketing, and CS roles. Partner with hiring managers to build scorecards, coordinate interview loops, track pipeline metrics, and improve recruiting processes and employer branding.

Provide day-to-day administrative and CRM support to Sales: maintain Salesforce and client databases, manage calendars and meetings, prepare proposals and sales materials, nurture leads via phone/email, generate sales reports and forecasts, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.

Lead client onboarding and act as primary client contact to drive adoption and satisfaction. Provide product walkthroughs, training, and technical discovery. Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues, maintain project data and milestones, and proactively advise clients on industry developments and optimization opportunities.
