Greet visitors and handle phone/email inquiries, provide tourism and company information, route messages, operate office equipment, perform clerical tasks (filing, copying, data entry) and support staff in a busy attractions office environment.

Assist the Operations Manager with daily logistics and staff scheduling for tours, shuttles, concerts, and special events. Perform opening/closing and Manager-on-Duty duties, dispatch loops and charters, ensure DOT/OSHA/ADA compliance and safety, maintain client and media relationships, and support sales and customer service. Requires CDL acquisition, valid driving record, DOT physical, background/MVR/drug screening, and city tour guide license.

Conduct phone screens and employment interviews, review applications and job boards, match applicants to job requirements, schedule interviews with onsite managers, communicate details about duties/compensation/benefits/schedules, process personnel data and records, and follow up with hiring managers.
