Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, lead financial analyses and decision-support projects, ensure data integrity in financial data warehouses, use core transaction and financial reporting systems, and complete assigned goals.

Provide HR consultation and services to hospital leadership and staff across employee relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, and worker's compensation. Interpret policy, advise on disciplinary actions, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (EEOC, JCAHO), coordinate with external agencies, and support recruitment, performance management, and special HR projects.

Manage and coordinate university financial aid programs, ensure regulatory compliance, counsel students and families on aid options, process and maintain loan and aid records, participate in outreach and seminars, and support enrollment efforts under the Financial Aid Director.
