Lead Utila’s QA team and own product quality across new features and production systems. Define testing strategy, release criteria, automation direction, and exploratory testing practices. Review test plans, coach and hire testers, and apply AI to test design, failure analysis, and automation with appropriate quality controls. Execute API and end-to-end testing while investigating failures and ensuring reliable releases for a mission-critical digital asset platform.

Own and scale Utila’s enterprise sales across the United States by acquiring new logos, expanding strategic accounts, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and closing high-value deals. Develop regional go-to-market strategy, build executive customer and partner relationships, collaborate with Marketing and Product, provide market feedback, and manage forecasting, revenue targets, qualification, CRM hygiene, and reporting.

Own and evolve Utila's cloud infrastructure and delivery platform: design IaC, manage GCP/AWS environments, run Kubernetes, build CI/CD, improve observability and incident response, embed security best practices, and collaborate on architecture and backend (Go) readiness.
