Utila is a product-led company. Product defines the strategy, decides what we build, and is responsible for the user experience end to end. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead multiple domains of our platform, from understanding the problem to shipping and refining the solution, and keep everyone from the C-level to engineering, sales, customer success and operations moving in the same direction.

What you’ll own

• Set Utila’s product direction: build the roadmap from market research, competitive analysis and direct work with prospects and customers.
• Be the authority on the problem space: who we’re solving for, why it matters, and how Utila can best meet those needs.
• Drive features through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, then keep tracking and refining them.
• Keep the C-level, engineering, sales, customer success and operations aligned on roadmap, priorities and execution.
• Turn customer needs and pain points into clear, actionable requirements, each with a defined problem, usage and user experience.
• Partner with our UX team on experiences that stand out as a Utila differentiator.

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products from conception to launch.
• The technical depth to work through complex flows that span multiple endpoints and cloud architectures.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams. You bring the right people in early and keep them with you.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication, especially when describing use cases and features.
• A BSc/MS in Computer Science, another engineering or technical degree, or equivalent military experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the institutional digital asset space, including wallets, custody, compliance or crypto infrastructure.

Hybrid: 4 days a week from our Tel Aviv office, with an on-site gym, a dog-friendly office, and dedicated parking.
