Lead end-to-end analytical and research initiatives: frame complex problems, extract and validate large datasets, build metrics, forecasting and dashboards, present findings to senior leadership and the Board, advise cross-functional stakeholders, ensure data governance and quality, and mentor analysts to build district analytical capacity.

Participate in evening/weekend events.

Part-time work-study supporting Career Services by contacting students and recent graduates via calls, texts, and email; scheduling appointments; collecting employment and placement data; checking licensure through DORA; promoting workshops and job leads; and maintaining student engagement with career resources.

Officiate assigned youth league games, enforce rules impartially, manage player/coach/spectator behavior, communicate decisions clearly, attend required preseason meetings, report incidents, and maintain professional conduct while participating in ongoing training.

Lead development, curation, and implementation of high-quality, CAS-aligned social studies curriculum. Provide coaching, professional learning, assessment alignment, data analysis, and project management to improve instruction and student outcomes.

Designs and delivers professional learning and instructional resources for Multilingual Learners (ECE-12), ensures compliance with Consent Decree and district standards, analyzes student and educator data to guide improvements, manages program operations and logistics, and creates accessible online learning aligned to WIDA and Colorado standards.

Provide math-focused instructional coaching and professional learning to turnaround elementary schools: design and lead district and school learning cycles, analyze assessment and observation data, model culturally sustaining practices, support multilingual learners, and assist with curriculum adoption to drive measurable student outcomes.
