Serves as the organization’s front desk representative by greeting visitors, managing calls and appointments, handling mail and deliveries, coordinating travel and events, maintaining office supplies and shared spaces, administering visitor badges, tracking vehicles and facilities maintenance, and providing general administrative support.

Maintains and debugs automation hardware, software, PLCs, robotic systems, and control equipment. Inspects equipment, prevents failures and downtime, manages spare parts and program backups, and supervises automation upgrades and transformations. Develops and debugs control programs for new products, supports equipment failure resolution with manufacturers, evaluates new testing equipment, and optimizes production line efficiency and safety.

Coordinates inbound and outbound logistics, including shipment staging, EDI monitoring, ASN transmission, bills of lading, inventory receiving, shipping accuracy, FIFO controls, cycle counts, and import/export compliance. Inspects shipments, resolves discrepancies, supports production and dock teams, maintains PLEX transactions, documents incidents, trains employees, and follows safety, 5S, lean manufacturing, and quality processes.

Plans and monitors plant production schedules, balances factory capacity and orders, coordinates outsourcing and production across plants, tracks shipment delivery, manages work-in-progress and finished-goods inventory, and addresses production issues. The role uses ERP, PLM, barcode, and office systems to analyze data, improve schedules, meet customer delivery requirements, and achieve logistics KPIs.

Controls the distribution, collection, archiving, and release of technical documents, drawings, standards, and process data. Maintains records in PLEX, verifies correct part numbers across finished goods, work-in-process, and materials, and supports accurate data management. The role requires strong organization, adherence to procedures, English communication skills, computer application proficiency, and basic document management knowledge. Mandarin, APQP, and PLEX experience are advantages.

Manage and maintain EDI data, create and import delivery plans, monitor on-time delivery and forecast accuracy, handle abnormal shipments and customer communications, implement production suspension and change management, meet department KPIs, and follow integrated management and safety procedures.

Plans and controls product development and modification processes, including technical analysis, standards development, APQP documentation, engineering changes, and controlled data archiving. Leads tooling, process, and packaging engineering activities; monitors sample builds, shipping, production trials, and debugging-part acceptance. The role supports quotation reviews, improves development quality, reduces costs, and requires CAD proficiency, manufacturing-process knowledge, and collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Develop new products, tooling, and fixtures; identify project risks; confirm customer and product standards; design, verify, debug, and optimize tooling; support sample builds; troubleshoot technical issues during development and production; and improve fixture performance and manufacturing efficiency. The role requires mechanical engineering knowledge, manufacturing-process experience, CAD proficiency, APQP documentation experience, and willingness to train in a production environment and travel.

Collects, cleans, analyzes, and validates manufacturing data from Plex, ERP, MES, sensor, and inventory systems. Builds predictive models, automated reports, and KPI dashboards covering yield, OEE, scrap, inventory, production, and financial performance. Performs root-cause, variance, forecasting, and ROI analyses to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Maintains data pipelines, supports operational and financial planning, ensures accurate inventory and COGS reporting, and trains production personnel on data collection and dashboard usage.

Collects, cleans, validates, and analyzes manufacturing data from Plex, ERP, MES, sensor, and inventory systems. Builds predictive models, automated reports, and dashboards tracking KPIs such as yield, OEE, scrap, inventory, and shipments. Performs root-cause, variance, financial, forecasting, and ROI analyses to improve production efficiency, scheduling, inventory, and costs. Maintains data pipelines, supports financial reconciliation, writes work instructions, and trains manufacturing personnel on data collection and dashboard use. May work second or third shift in a manufacturing environment.
