 Responsible for design assembly processes for products. Perform the research and impimplement new technologies necessary to tackle complex assembly and automation problems that have direct impact to the quality and production of products. Ensure production's stability and efficency.

Job Functions and Duties NO.Representative Duties1Responsible for design, verification, and installation of tooling and fixxtures based upon project progress, timeline, and budget; ensure newly-developed tooling associted with specific project to be effective;2Responsible for all tooling/fixture related work instruction drafting, revision, update, and records keeping;3Provide direction and mentorship to third party machine/automation suppliers and/or CM’s; be the technical leader and driver on owned projects; serve as a technical resource to other engineering groups and project leaders4Organize cross-functional reviews of the machine requirements, design, qualification and capability5Travel to the machine supplier and contract manufacturer for equipment bring-up, qualification, acceptance testing and support during build events6Responsible for research and development of new automated cell based on current manufacturing process standards to fulfill the needs of increasing production effeciency, reducing quality issues, and reasonably minimizing cost;7Coordination between third party machine/automation suppliers and internal installation/integration team through planning, installation and integration of new automated cell.8Designs and develops technically complex processes to improve quality and efficiency. Utilize statistical tools (such as GR&R, SPC and Cp/pCk) to ensure processes/fixtures are scalable and are continuing to perform properly once qualified.9Provide early and on going manufacturing involvement to ensure new products are mechanically manufacturable with existing or being developed equipment10Other duties as assigned;11Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.IⅤ.  Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience1~3 years of experience in the related production processes and technologiesEducationBachelor’s degree or above (those with production experience are preferred);Physical Condition1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position
