Supervise the Education and Training Voucher unit and lead the employment program for youth transitioning from care. Develop and maintain protocols, manage program data and contracts, consult on cases, respond to field inquiries, represent OKSA on committees, and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and reporting.

Manage division personnel and operating budgets, review/approve expenditures and purchase requisitions, prepare budget analysis and estimates, ensure compliance with budget controls and state/federal regulations, and use Excel (formulas, pivot tables) to analyze large data for variance reporting.
