Oversee a team of Program Field Representatives conducting SNAP case reviews. Ensure reviews comply with agency policy and federal SNAP regulations. Translate agency goals into team outcomes, coach staff, and use data to drive training and performance improvements. Manage review accuracy and efficiency.

Lead OKDHS enterprise technology strategy and delivery, modernize legacy systems, improve measurable outcomes (e.g., SNAP error reduction), oversee vendor performance, embed user-centered and agile practices, ensure cybersecurity and data governance, and develop technology leadership across the agency.

Provide legal representation for adoptions of children in DHS custody from case plan through court finalization. Prepare and file pleadings, coordinate with child welfare staff, courts, tribes, and interstate agencies, manage ICWA and ICPC compliance, appear in court, and advise on adoption and permanency planning.
