Design and release high-quality PCBs for a satellite communications system. Translate schematics into layouts, optimize placement and routing, manage Altium libraries, generate fabrication files, and coordinate with vendors to resolve fabrication and assembly issues.

Lead integration and verification for a satellite communications program. Own FlatSat architecture, AIT campaign flow, hardware/software integration, EGSE strategy, and verification. Perform early bench work, coordinate technicians and interns, and support launch-site activities including shipment, fueling, final integration, and range-side spacecraft operations.

Lead mechanical design, analysis, and validation of spacecraft structures, mechanisms, and thermal hardware. Perform FEA and tolerance analysis, develop CAD models and drawings, support prototyping, integration, and environmental testing (vibration, thermal, deployment), participate in design reviews, and mitigate technical risks through hands-on builds and test data collection.
