Lead product security across autonomous ground systems, from architecture through deployment. Build security programs, threat models, risk assessments, and secure development practices; integrate automated testing into CI/CD; evaluate software supply chains and vulnerabilities; conduct architecture reviews; and guide compliance with industrial, defense, and European cybersecurity regulations. Partner with engineering, leadership, customers, and auditors while delivering training and practical security mitigations.

Provide on-site IT support in Kyiv and contribute to global IT operations: administer Okta and Google Workspace, manage endpoints with Workspace ONE, triage tickets in Jira Service Management, maintain Wi‑Fi/switches/firewalls, manage hardware lifecycle, enforce security policies, and build technical documentation.

Provides technical leadership for safety- and security-critical embedded firmware in defense products. Owns architecture, requirements traceability, bare-metal and RTOS implementation, device drivers, bootloaders, secure updates, hardware-security integration, testing, verification, and qualification. Diagnoses hardware-software integration issues using lab equipment and leads cross-functional engineering direction across firmware, hardware, systems, testing, and security.

Lead end-to-end integration of customer vehicles with an autonomous software stack. Responsibilities include vehicle feasibility assessments, mechanical and electrical system integration, low-level vehicle control interfaces, network and power systems, verification and validation, field testing, OEM coordination, and developing reusable integration tools and documentation.

Provides technical leadership for safety- and security-critical embedded platform software. Responsibilities include BSP integration, boot and kernel development, device drivers, board bring-up, secure boot, hardware roots of trust, software updates, sensor interfaces, networking, CAN, real-time optimization, standards compliance, debugging, and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams.

Lead government affairs and political engagement for Germany and Europe. Build relationships with decision-makers across government, military, parliament, and EU institutions; represent the company in industry associations; develop policy narratives, position papers, and leadership briefings; monitor defense policy, legislation, and funding; and advise senior leadership on strategic government relations.

Own requirements engineering and management across the development lifecycle, ensuring quality, traceability, baselines, verification coverage, and alignment with architecture. Administer and improve Jama Connect and Cameo Systems Modeler, maintain requirements and architecture standards, develop dashboards and engineering metrics, support systems engineering activities, and facilitate cross-functional reviews. The role advises project teams and collaborates with architecture, development, testing, safety, security, quality, product management, and project management in a technically complex defense technology environment.
