Manage and grow assigned fuel customer accounts by building relationships, increasing volume, reducing attrition, performing usage and pricing analysis, providing customer support and training, managing sales activity in Salesforce, liaising with Credit for collections, and reporting KPIs. Requires in-person meetings and regional travel.

Manage and grow fuel customer accounts through relationship-building, volume analysis, quarterly business reviews, and proactive outreach. Handle customer support, reporting, Salesforce activity, pricing/payment terms, credit liaison, fraud review, card issues, KPI analysis, and attend weekly sales meetings. Travel within region under 25%.

Plan, schedule, and execute hundreds of daily fuel deliveries to prevent outages and optimize inventory at lowest total cost. Monitor tank volumes, sales projections, driver hours, carrier loads, and market prices to create efficient dispatch plans. Coordinate with drivers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, redirect deliveries, and capitalize on market arbitrage opportunities.

Prepare and file state and local excise tax returns; maintain tax records; create and analyze supporting reports; perform tax and billing system rule maintenance; respond to internal excise tax research requests; assist with audits and notices; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Lead and manage annual strategic planning, intake and governance for business development initiatives. Track and report KPI progress, build dashboards and presentations, analyze results to generate strategic insights, coordinate stakeholders, and drive adoption of frameworks and processes to meet organizational objectives.

Perform accounts receivable accounting tasks: reconcile cash, chargeback and receivable accounts; prepare and analyze accounting transactions; oversee journal entries; support month-end close, SOX audit requests, and AR team operations.

Perform accounts receivable tasks including recording, verifying, reconciling, and reporting transactions; investigate payment variances and disputes; reconcile payment card accounts; collaborate with Credit and Collections; analyze datasets; ensure compliance with policies and support cross-functional teams.

Process high volumes of vendor invoices and payments in the company ERP, maintain accurate AP records, resolve payment discrepancies with vendors and internal teams, ensure compliance and audit readiness, respond to inquiries, and perform other assigned duties.

Process high volumes of vendor invoices: verify and code invoices, route electronically for approval, maintain bot reports and payment uploads, reconcile invoice discrepancies, ensure transaction verification and policy compliance, and respond to vendor inquiries as needed.

Design, build, test, and maintain descriptive and predictive Data & AI products by integrating data sources, improving data quality, automating processes, creating data models and visualizations, and supporting governance and stakeholder insights.
