Architect and build SIXT’s future AI-powered HR technology landscape using AI-assisted development. Translate HR requirements into scalable system designs, evaluate and integrate AI tools, establish development standards, and collaborate with HR and technical stakeholders. The role requires strong software architecture, HRIS or HR technology knowledge, proficiency with tools such as Claude or Cursor, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Lead end-to-end customer analytics to drive acquisition, retention, cross-sell, churn prevention, and LTV. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, build segmentations and churn models, create dashboards, and present insights to senior stakeholders to influence marketing, product, CRM, and operations.

Drive outbound sales to portfolio accounts and prospects, manage incoming leads via SIXT business portal, create and negotiate tailored mobility solutions, maintain and analyze customer/prospect databases, improve sales processes, and close deals to grow the pipeline.

Lead global damage detection capability end-to-end: select and manage gate suppliers, drive rollout and one-way rental flows, build roadmap to AI-enabled mobile detection, improve detection rates, and coordinate across operations, IT, and claims.

Own pricing strategy and revenue optimization across assigned domestic markets. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns, and demand forecasts; build forecasting models and performance reports; and recommend actions to improve revenue, profitability, and fleet utilization. Partner with cross-functional leaders, implement optimization initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and improve revenue management processes and analytical capabilities.

Lead end-to-end B2B sales of used vehicles, maximizing volume, margin, and market penetration. Develop dealership partnerships, onboard buyers, manage client relationships, analyze market trends and competitor pricing, and address inventory or buyer concerns. The role requires negotiating and closing high-value deals, using CRM and digital sales platforms, and traveling domestically within the assigned territory up to 30% of the time.
