Manages and grows customer accounts within an assigned territory, focusing on retention, satisfaction, renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. Own new business development for recruiting solutions: prospect and cold call HR leaders and hiring managers, lead consultative discovery, craft tailored RPO proposals, manage pipeline in CRM, and close contracts. Collaborate with leadership and report progress while evolving sales processes and delivering high-touch, relationship-driven recruiting solutions.
