Manage relationships with external payment providers, ensuring competitive commercial terms, strong performance, and alignment with product roadmaps. Responsibilities include coordinating provider meetings, monitoring performance, identifying improvements, producing regional performance reports covering deposits, withdrawals, and fees, and supporting standard operating procedures. The role requires payments industry knowledge, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Own a product pod’s mission, customer outcomes, success metrics, discovery, prioritization, specifications, and backlog. Partners with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, suppliers, and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient marketing operations.

Own the full software delivery lifecycle across backend and frontend development, from design through production monitoring. Use AI agents for coding, testing, specification, deployment, and workflow optimization. Build distributed systems, maintain quality through clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and observability, respond to production incidents, mentor junior developers, and contribute to shared tooling and AI engineering foundations.

Provide senior legal oversight for multi-jurisdictional data privacy and protection matters. Advise DPOs, product, technology, data, and compliance teams; manage privacy frameworks, DPIAs, DSARs, breaches, regulatory inquiries, data disclosures, and international requirements. Support privacy governance, risk management, executive reporting, privacy-by-design initiatives, AI compliance, and emerging technology governance, including the EU AI Act.

Investigate and prevent fraud by analyzing player accounts, deposits, affiliate records and third-party processors. Liaise with players to resolve account issues, suggest process improvements, maintain quality control, and check gaming history to protect revenue and ensure fair play.
