Provides on-call administrative and general accounting support across multiple departments. Duties include processing transactions, receipts, deposits, timesheets, invoices, and payments; preparing documents and reports; responding to inquiries; managing records; ordering supplies; protecting confidential information; and replacing office staff at various North Bay locations. The role requires short-notice availability and has no guaranteed hours.

Develops and maintains engineering documentation for rail vehicle refurbishment and repair projects. Responsibilities include preparing manufacturing instructions, reviewing engineering changes, modifying AutoCAD drawings, creating bills of materials, supporting quality inspections, coordinating project sequencing, assisting bids, troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement. The role also provides technical guidance, employee training, safety support, and liaison services with customers and internal teams.

Develops and maintains engineering data for rail refurbishment and remanufacturing projects. Creates technical instructions, engineering changes, drawings, bills of material, inspection procedures, and manufacturing documentation. Reviews design changes and material exceptions, supports quality assurance, procurement, planning, customer communications, warranty evaluations, bidding, prototyping, and continuous improvement. Provides technical guidance, trains employees, supports project sequencing, and promotes engineering department safety in a unionized railway shop environment.
