Manage, validate, cleanse, map, and upload bordereaux from Coverholders and TPAs. Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, timely system ingestion, and accurate reporting across premium, claims, and risk datasets. Investigate anomalies, missing data, and contract breaches; resolve partner queries; collaborate with underwriting, finance, claims, brokers, and external stakeholders; monitor binder performance; and escalate persistent issues.

Leads Inland Marine underwriting, managing a profitable portfolio across builders’ risk, contractor’s equipment, transportation, and related products. Develops broker and territory strategies, evaluates complex risks, determines coverage and pricing, provides technical leadership, monitors portfolio performance, supports product development, and identifies cross-selling opportunities. Builds relationships with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders while representing the company at industry and business development events.

Reviews and processes new business, renewal, and endorsement submissions for completeness, accuracy, rating, policy construction, and compliance. Maintains transaction correspondence and diaries, manages underwriting service inquiries, analyzes underwriting reports and financial information, supports quality control, updates internal reports, and contributes to special projects while handling high-volume deadlines.

Prepares and reviews complex federal, state, and local tax returns, tax provisions, partnership returns, reconciliations, and financial statements. Conducts tax research, supports financial and regulatory audits, performs tax accounting and bookkeeping duties, and mentors junior tax staff. Maintains compliance with SAP and GAAP practices and analyzes tax developments affecting the company and its affiliates.

Leads enterprise, employee, HR, and business communications initiatives. Develops communication plans, creates leadership and employee messaging, supports HR and business leaders, translates complex topics into actionable communications, and coordinates stakeholders and channels to promote organizational alignment and understanding.

Supports Specialty Claims through quality assurance, compliance oversight, governance, and operational reporting. Reviews complex and high-risk claims, identifies control and compliance gaps, oversees AI-enabled claims functionality, prepares QA reports, supports corrective actions and training, monitors regulatory developments, tracks licensing compliance, and ensures timely reinsurance and large-loss reporting.

Provides comprehensive executive support to the COO by managing schedules, inboxes, meetings, governance activities, stakeholders, briefings, travel, expenses, and confidential information. Tracks strategic initiatives, coordinates follow-up across departments, improves administrative processes, and supports broader business-support coverage. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, along with corporate administrative experience and intermediate to advanced PowerPoint capability.

Designs user-centric Power BI dashboards and reports by gathering business requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, applying data visualization and accessibility principles, and collaborating with global development teams. The role improves dashboard usability based on feedback and translates complex data into actionable visuals. It requires onsite work at least four days per week and values experience with Tableau, Qlik, agile methodologies, and Power BI data modeling.
