Responsibilities include prospecting customers, managing accounts, preparing technical proposals, negotiating terms, meeting sales targets, attending industry events, supporting farm visits and field trials, training customers and distributors, and gathering market intelligence. The role requires strong swine nutrition expertise, regional market knowledge, multilingual communication, autonomous work across multiple countries, and frequent international travel.

Sell and grow a poultry product line within an assigned western US territory by managing accounts, developing strategic plans, training distributors/end users, documenting activity in Salesforce, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and distribution, attending industry events, and resolving customer issues to meet sales and profitability goals.

Create and edit marketing copy and content across email, web, social, and digital ads. Support campaign planning, product and brand storytelling, collaborate with technical and sales teams, ensure brand consistency, manage multiple projects, and adapt technical information into audience-focused messaging to drive engagement and lead generation.
