Drives hotel revenue by developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new business, maintaining existing client relationships, meeting revenue targets, and promoting rooms, meetings, events, food and beverage, and other hotel services.

Leads sales operations across Radisson hotels in Eastern Norway and Bergen, managing account managers, commercial strategies, revenue growth, market share, customer portfolios, forecasts, performance reviews, and account plans. The role develops hotel and regional sales initiatives, coaches the team, manages key customer agreements, identifies new business, and collaborates with revenue-generation and Meetings & Events teams. It is based in Oslo and requires fluent Norwegian and English.

Supports the People and Culture department through internship onboarding, HR system maintenance, employee records administration, benefits updates, trainee payroll preparation, and first-level employee and manager support. The role also handles internship-related legal administration, responds to HR inquiries, escalates sensitive issues, and assists with other HR tasks while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Manages hotel accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliation, collections follow-up, chargeback research, ledger transfers, account balancing, and month-end closing support. Maintains accurate financial records and files while coordinating with the Financial Controller. Provides responsive guest service, follows hotel policies and safety procedures, communicates issues promptly, and supports cooperative relationships across hotel departments.

Leads hotel-wide quality assurance, audits, corrective actions, guest satisfaction improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identifies competency gaps and designs, delivers, and evaluates training programs. Manages LMS assignments, compliance training, learning records, competency assessments, dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting. Partners with department leaders and HR to improve employee performance, service quality, compliance, and operational standards.

Develops and implements hotel learning and talent-development strategies aligned with business objectives. Delivers brand-service, behavioral, management, soft-skills, induction, and compliance training; analyzes guest feedback and employee engagement metrics; partners with department heads and trainers; monitors training effectiveness and supports service quality, teamwork, and employee performance.

Leads the hotel's pre-opening sales and marketing strategy, including market analysis, business development, brand launch, public relations, digital presence, budgeting, and revenue growth. Recruits and develops the commercial team, represents the hotel at industry events and client engagements, partners with leadership on operational readiness, and reports performance to ownership and management.

Leads the hotel sales department, developing proactive sales strategies, maximizing revenue, tracking performance, managing budgets, and maintaining brand and legal standards. Oversees team development and productivity while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Reviews business performance, recommends actions to improve financial results, supports special projects, and ensures exceptional guest service and compliance with company requirements.

Reconciles hotel revenue, payment, credit card, bank, and point-of-sale transactions between Opera, Scala, and bank statements. Reviews night audits, records collections and transactions, prepares month-end closing and statistical reports, verifies no-show postings, supports inspections and audits, and communicates with clients regarding credit card transactions.

Create promotional, campaign, event, social media, digital, and print designs for the hotel while maintaining Radisson Blu brand standards. Produce photography and social media videography, edit photos, develop creative content, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing and other departments on design needs.
