Leads regional fundraising across Texas by cultivating major donors, corporate partners, foundations, and community stakeholders. Executes fundraising strategies, manages donor portfolios, secures grants and sponsorships, achieves revenue targets, and supports fundraising events. Represents the organization at regional meetings and events while collaborating with leadership and program teams. The role is fully remote in Texas but requires frequent statewide travel and occasional national travel.
