Designs and maintains hardware/software systems across the system lifecycle. Develops software requirements specifications, defines system architectures and interfaces, performs MBSE in Cameo, supports formal qualification testing, and participates in technical reviews including SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR. The role also produces engineering artifacts and supports requirements, architecture, interface, and test documentation.

Integrate frontends with FastAPI and Flask backends, develop and deploy in OpenShift environments, follow secure software-development practices, write automated tests, remediate vulnerabilities, and produce maintainable code and technical documentation.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Elastic Stack solutions using Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats. Configure security features including authentication, SSL/TLS, and role-based document filtering. Maintain infrastructure and log data integrity, create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides, develop architecture diagrams and standard operating procedures, and collaborate using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Designs and supports enterprise Active Directory forest migrations, consolidations, and restructures using Quest migration tools. Maintains SID History, resource access, workstation profiles, user data, and application functionality. Automates migration and reporting with PowerShell, troubleshoots authentication, Kerberos, LDAP, DNS, and trust issues, and supports Windows enterprise environments. Collaborates with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate migration status, resolve technical issues, and document work using Jira and Confluence.

Designs and develops aerospace, spaceflight, automotive, or robotics mechanisms and structures from concept through manufacturing. Performs structural, dynamic, fatigue, fracture, thermal, materials, and lubrication analyses; creates engineering drawings and GD&T; develops verification, validation, qualification, and acceptance testing strategies; and uses CAD, FEA, MATLAB, and Simulink. Provides technical solutions, functional management, and mentoring while supporting critical project milestones.
