Lead enterprise CRM and contact strategy across gaming, hotel, sales and ancillary channels. Own CRM and martech roadmap, integrations, data governance, personalization, analytics, and vendor management. Drive adoption, training, automation, ROI analysis and multi-property implementations while leading CRM teams and partnering with executives to optimize customer engagement and profitability.

Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote gaming programs, events, VIP/loyalty benefits; maintain CRM records, grow qualified player database, meet call and conversion targets, escalate high-value leads, and collaborate with marketing and VIP teams.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of table-games projects; manage schedules, budgets, risks and compliance; collaborate with stakeholders; produce feasibility studies and documentation; support strategic planning and train operations teams to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest experience.

Lead gaming AML/CFT compliance as Deputy MLRO, oversee SAIR/SAR investigations and filings, QA testing, regulatory exams, CDD/EDD/PEP processes, and liaison with UAE regulators and internal committees to ensure program effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Planning & Strategy: manage calendar and travel, prepare and edit correspondence and presentations, coordinate meetings and minutes, handle confidential information, track projects/timelines/budgets, liaise with senior leadership and vendors, organize VIP visits/site inspections and large-scale event logistics, and proactively anticipate executive needs to improve efficiency.

Lead GRMS and AV technical services: design and integrate GRMS infrastructure with AV platforms, oversee daily operations and maintenance, manage a team of technicians, ensure UAE electrical safety compliance, support system upgrades and guest-facing features for resort operations and events.
