Implements, develops, and supports supply chain planning solutions covering forecasting, replenishment, demand, and supply planning. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, data modeling, SAP S/4HANA and RELEX integrations, technical solution design, RELEX configuration, testing, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, monitoring, and advanced support.

Owns the implementation and adoption of a new HCM solution across 29 countries. Translates business strategy and HR process requirements into prioritized IT solutions, leads and motivates an Agile team, manages international stakeholders, and communicates progress, challenges, and commitments. The role requires strong HR systems knowledge, product ownership or project management experience, strategic prioritization, accountability, communication, and attention to detail.

Owns the direction, stability, backlog, prioritization, and continuous improvement of WMS solutions supporting automated European distribution centers. The role connects logistics, distribution centers, IT, and external partners; drives delivery decisions and refinement; and provides people leadership to a Business Solution Specialist. The position is based in Uldum and requires 20–40 travel days annually.
