Engages employees of healthcare and healthcare-adjacent partner organizations to generate qualified enrollment leads for Covista programs. The role conducts onsite partner events, holds meaningful prospect conversations, captures lead information, collaborates with account management and enrollment teams, sources additional leads, connects prospects with alumni references, and attends relevant industry events. The position is field-based three to four days weekly and requires strong partner service, communication, CRM, and healthcare education knowledge.

Leads Covista’s Applied AI portfolio across agentic AI and RPA delivery teams. Owns strategy, architecture standards, responsible-AI governance, evaluation quality, partner and vendor management, backlog prioritization, budget decisions, and team development. Ensures agents meet architecture, safety, regulatory, evaluation, and business-value requirements. Builds the AI leadership team and collaborates with data, technology, governance, and business stakeholders across Covista’s school brands.

Serve as the regional government relations and public affairs lead, building relationships with state policymakers, managing contract lobbyists, advising campus leaders on regulatory and legislative issues, coordinating political contributions and compliance, and integrating state-level advocacy with public affairs to support campus operations, market entry, and clinical partnerships.

Lead real-time community engagement across multiple university brands, manage social listening and sentiment monitoring, build and run a Social Ambassador Program, translate SEO/AEO priorities into community and ambassador content, partner with brand social managers and cross-functional teams, and execute ambassador events and advocacy campaigns.

Contact and qualify prospective students via phone, email, and SMS; guide applicants through the enrollment process; collaborate with internal teams to ensure application progression, compliance, and student satisfaction while meeting enrollment goals.

Leads FP&A and strategic financial decision support for Chamberlain University. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, executive and board reporting, P&L and KPI analysis, scenario planning, business cases, cross-functional partnership, process automation, and initiative ROI tracking. The role reports to the CFO and manages enterprise planning processes while translating complex financial insights into actionable recommendations.

Leads the Clinical Foundations department at Ross University School of Medicine, overseeing curriculum planning, clinical skills and simulation education, assessment, student support, faculty development, staffing, budgeting, accreditation, and continuous improvement. The role supervises faculty and staff, manages academic and operational priorities, supports student progression and readiness for clinical training, and contributes approximately 20% effort to teaching, assessment, and remediation activities.

Owns executive communications for Covista’s leadership team, including speeches, talking points, articles, presentations, LinkedIn content, messaging frameworks, content calendars, media preparation, and speaking engagement materials. Manages multiple executive workstreams, approvals, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining consistent voices and polished content. The role requires strong writing, organizational rigor, discretion, executive support experience, social media fluency, and effective use of AI tools.

Provides proactive student finance advising for a portfolio of approximately 850–950 students. Develops individualized financial plans, explains Title IV and related regulations, resolves escalated student financing concerns, collaborates across departments, and supports process improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert on financial aid policies and regulations while delivering accurate, exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.
