The Communications Assistant will support the communications team with internal and external initiatives, content development, scheduling, and monitoring effectiveness while ensuring messaging alignment with company goals.

Supports internal and external communications by drafting newsletters, press releases, and social media content; monitoring social channels; coordinating events and meetings; and maintaining media contacts and communication resources.

Supports marketing campaign planning and execution across digital, print, and social channels. Coordinates marketing materials, conducts market and competitive research, manages social media content calendars and engagement monitoring, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors to deliver projects on time.

Develop and manage internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website content. Coordinate content across digital platforms, maintain consistent brand messaging, collaborate with departments, communicate updates to stakeholders, and monitor media coverage to evaluate communication effectiveness.

Supports product marketing strategies, campaigns, market research, competitive analysis, marketing collateral development, product messaging, sales enablement, and campaign performance reporting. Collaborates with product management, sales, and creative teams to promote product lines, increase awareness, and support revenue growth.

Serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, greets guests, answers and directs calls, schedules appointments and meetings, manages calendars, and processes mail and packages. Provides administrative support while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and strong customer service in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Develop and distribute PR materials, manage media relations, pitch stories, respond to media inquiries, support PR campaigns and events, monitor media coverage, prepare performance reports, and maintain media contact databases.

Provides administrative support by managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, and preparing reports, presentations, and documents. Requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The role supports smooth daily office operations within a collaborative marketing company.
