Lead development and execution of integrated channel and shopper marketing across UKI and Nordics. Drive omnichannel retail and eCommerce activation, digital shelf and SEO, manage MDF budgets, agencies and GTM campaigns, plan trade events, use shopper and consumer insight to improve sell-out, market share and conversion while collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing and Digital teams.

Architect AI/ML accelerator ASICs and AI storage solutions integrating GPUs, TPUs, and other xPUs through PCIe, UCIe, and CXL. Define I/O, DMA, memory, NoC, firmware, and SoC architectures; author specifications; evaluate PPA, performance, and power; and guide design, verification, emulation, and validation. Analyze LLM workloads, optimize memory and inference systems, and collaborate with customers, engineers, and ML researchers on next-generation products.

Design, implement, debug, and optimize firmware for next-generation storage devices. Develop front-end, back-end, and infrastructure modules; implement data structures, algorithms, data paths, and PCIe storage interfaces. Run simulations, FPGA-board tests, unit tests, and validation across product hardware. Troubleshoot firmware issues, improve memory, power, and performance, track quality metrics, and collaborate with systems, validation, ASIC, program management, and technology teams.

Leads end-to-end validation of an AI software stack for computational storage platforms. Defines validation strategy, coverage metrics, quality gates, and release criteria; validates neural network operators, compiler workloads, runtimes, memory management, scheduling, inference workflows, and hardware revisions. Builds automation and benchmarking frameworks, evaluates latency, throughput, scalability, and multi-device execution, and mentors engineers while driving debugging and root-cause analysis.

Validate AI software runtime components for computational storage products, including device lifecycle, command execution, kernel scheduling, memory allocation, DMA, and synchronization. Develop performance benchmarks, stress and concurrency tests, multi-device scaling tests, model execution workflows, smoke and regression suites, automated validation pipelines, and performance dashboards. Analyze resource utilization, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks using profiling and debugging techniques.

Validate AI software runtime components for a high-performance computational storage system. Develop tests for device lifecycle, command execution, kernel scheduling, memory allocation, DMA, concurrency, scaling, and model execution. Build performance benchmarks, identify bottlenecks through profiling, maintain smoke and regression suites, and create automated validation pipelines and performance dashboards.

Lead creative development for new product introduction marketing assets across video, photography, motion, and digital. Develop concepts, storyboards, scripts, and treatments; present creative to global stakeholders; direct external vendors through production; uphold brand and quality standards; supervise key shoots; mentor creative talent; and champion new production techniques, including AI-assisted tools.
