Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior SW Test Engineer to validate AI SW Stack on a high-performance runtime system for a next-generation AI computational storage product, responsible for scheduling, memory management, and execution of AI workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Validate runtime components including - Device initialization and lifecycle, Command dispatch and execution queues, Kernel scheduling and synchronization
Validate memory allocation, data movement and DMA behavior, conduct memory leak detection and resource utilization analysis
Build and execute performance benchmarking - Latency (including time-to-first-result), Throughput and pipeline efficiency
Perform stress, concurrency, and multi-device scaling tests, profiling to identify performance bottlenecks
Develop end-to-end tests for model execution workflows, Execute and maintain smoke and regression test suites. Build automated validation pipelines and performance dashboards
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
4–6 years in systems software / runtime validation
Strong C++ programming expertise (mandatory)
Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals (mandatory)
Experience with Linux system programming
Strong Python + C/C++ debugging skills
Strong understanding of - Runtime systems, scheduling, execution models, Memory hierarchy, DMA, and parallel systems
Preferred
Experience with profiling/debugging tools (perf, gprof, VTune, etc.)
Experience with AI/accelerator runtime stacks
Exposure to multi-device or distributed systems
Familiarity with tracing and performance analysis frameworks
