Serve as trusted advisor and extension of the CIO, lead IT strategic planning, run the PMO, drive operational excellence, oversee enterprise architecture governance, manage cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and lead program delivery and team development.

Develop and debug system-level software for Linux-based in-house tester platforms using C++ for embedded processor test systems. Own automated test cells (tester and device handler), use bench equipment (oscilloscopes, meters, logic analyzers), read datasheets/schematics, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.

Lead electrical failure analysis for NAND/SD NAND across pre-silicon, first silicon, and qualification stages. Define FA strategy, methods, algorithms, and DOE-driven flows. Collaborate with fab, PE/TE, and R&D to diagnose root causes, drive process improvements, and implement corrective actions. Perform deep electrical FA and own FA methodology and solutions aligned to technology roadmaps.

Lead SoC verification strategy and implementation: create test plans, develop UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches and C-based SoC tests, run and debug gate-level and power-aware simulations, define coverage goals, collaborate across design and verification teams, and generate functional patterns for ATE.

Lead architecture and implementation of analog mixed-signal IPs and high-speed parallel PHY interfaces for NAND flash controllers. Define specs, evaluate architectures, guide layout, support SOC integration, and drive post-silicon characterization and yield improvement. Mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, and adopt innovative design methodologies and EDA flows.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for Consumer marketing. Provide strategic finance partnership, build revenue/margin/ROI models, drive executive reporting, perform variance analysis, and support cross-functional initiatives and financial systems/process improvements.

Support department manager to meet goals for yield, quality, cost, utilization, productivity and cycle time. Work on prober/tester operations, probe card management, and troubleshooting of wafer equipment. Use statistical tools and computerized systems to analyze data and drive improvements; collaborate with team to execute strategies.

Provide high-level administrative support to IT executives: manage calendars, coordinate complex meetings and travel (domestic/international, visas/passports), organize offsites, prepare and edit presentations, reconcile expenses, handle correspondence and onboarding, maintain files and distribution lists, and coordinate AV/IT needs. Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, maintain confidentiality, and provide vacation coverage for other EAs.

Design and develop embedded Linux software, kernel drivers, and collaborate on projects while engaging with the open-source community.

Lead development of next-gen NAND Flash products for AI infrastructure, defining algorithms, requirements, and collaborating across functions for testing and validation.
