Leads procurement excellence and market intelligence initiatives across Procurement and Logistics. Responsibilities include developing category intelligence, analyzing supplier markets and risks, creating executive reports, building onboarding and capability programs, managing learning tools and knowledge resources, leading communications and recognition programs, and coordinating strategic projects and continuous improvement. Collaborates with process, device, packaging, design, and external vendor teams to support R&D and high-volume manufacturing.

Develops and improves semiconductor memory test processes in burn-in and system-level testing. Responsibilities include test methodology development, production support, yield monitoring, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process optimization, equipment and vendor collaboration, data analysis, reporting, and operator training. The role requires semiconductor test engineering experience, non-volatile memory testing knowledge, programming familiarity, and proficiency in structured problem-solving and manufacturing documentation.

Lead product quality and reliability programs across development and manufacturing. Responsibilities include root cause and failure mode analysis, reliability testing, statistical quality analysis, continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean, quality documentation, quality management system compliance, cross-functional leadership, test automation, and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads the establishment and operation of a global Procurement and Logistics PMO. The role develops governance frameworks, oversees strategic transformation programs, manages portfolio prioritization and resources, and tracks risks, milestones, savings, and benefits. It partners with procurement, logistics, digital, and IT stakeholders; administers PMO tools and executive dashboards; and drives change management, training, standardized processes, and adoption across global teams.

Participate in Sandisk’s Finance and Accounting Rotation Program across business finance, FP&A, operations finance, treasury, accounting, tax, and internal audit. Develop analytical, automation, AI, reporting, and presentation skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The program is designed for master’s candidates graduating in May or June 2027 and offers opportunities to explore multiple finance functions before specializing.

Supports the design, analysis, governance, and administration of executive compensation programs. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, peer analysis, financial modeling, incentive and equity scenario analysis, Compensation and Talent Committee materials, proxy and SEC disclosure support, and program execution.
