Oversees cargo sampling, analysis, weight control, inspections, loading and discharge supervision, warehouse due diligence, stock audits, budgets, pricing, staffing, quality systems, client support, claims, and service-level performance. Ensures compliance with SGS policies, safety requirements, ISO 9001, and ISO 17020 accreditation standards while driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Lead international sales for SGS Korea, achieve revenue targets from new and existing clients, manage regional/global key accounts, develop tailored sales strategies, coordinate across business lines, support Global Key Account Manager handovers, and monitor market and competitor trends.

Develop and maintain cloud-native full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, microservices, event-driven architecture, and Azure. Build REST APIs, implement OAuth 2.0 security, work with relational databases, support CI/CD and containerized deployments, participate in code reviews and Agile delivery, and assist with production issues and continuous improvement.

Design, develop, test, and maintain desktop laboratory applications (primarily C# with WPF/WinForms). Implement SDLC practices, integrate software with lab hardware, troubleshoot software/hardware interfaces, produce documentation and QA/test plans, support deployments and end users, and lead projects or mentor team members. On-site at Farmingdale, NY at least two days per week.
