The Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance in PCBA manufacturing, develop quality control plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

The Engineering Manager leads the SMT engineering team, overseeing production engineering, process development, and continuous improvement to achieve quality and efficiency goals.

Lead and develop the SMT engineering team to optimize PCB assembly processes, manage SMT equipment and NPI, drive continuous improvement (SPC, OEE, yield), collaborate with Quality/Production/Supply Chain, maintain process documentation and standards, and support audits and capital equipment projects.

Lead global supply chain process standardization, inventory optimization, ERP/B2B and EDI data governance, supplier contract negotiation, risk mitigation for disruptions, and training of site supply chain leads.

Coordinate and monitor new product introductions through contract manufacturing. Analyze project requirements, verify BOM and material readiness, identify risks and critical paths, coordinate prototypes and mass production across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, communicate updates to customers, and transition projects to sustaining teams.

Manage and reconcile cost and inventory activities including work order review, variance analysis, cycle counts, physical inventory support, fixed asset recordkeeping and audits, and cost discrepancy reporting.

Manage supplier product quality, monitor and disposition MRB inventory, drive failure analysis (FA) processes, support RMA requests, communicate quality issues to suppliers and customers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee supplier continuous improvement activities.

Manage day-to-day site supply chain operations and lead strategic SCM planning. Oversee inventory risk mitigation, PO tracking, ETA accuracy, logistics/import compliance, and staff development. Use SAP MM/MRP and ERP systems to optimize inventory, cost, and performance targets while escalating material issues and supporting global logistics initiatives.

Provide front desk reception and general administrative support including mail and office supply management, travel and visa booking, vendor invoice processing, corporate housing coordination, supervision of housekeeping, and occasional executive support while interfacing with staff, visitors, vendors, and management.

Manage customer program implementation through contract manufacturing: schedule and oversee hardware fabrication, coordinate supply chain and planners, resolve cross-functional issues, track NPI and sustaining programs, handle PO and invoicing, and ensure on-time, on-budget contractual deliveries.
