Lead Tabby’s information security function across cloud security, security architecture, application security, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and DevSecOps. Manage security engineers and analysts, establish technical standards, automate security processes, oversee security controls across GCP and AWS, and partner with engineering, infrastructure, product, legal, and compliance teams in a regulated fintech environment.

Own the full outbound sales cycle for SME merchant acquisition, from prospecting and cold outreach through discovery, negotiation, onboarding, and activation. Build a self-generated pipeline, engage founders and decision-makers, sell BNPL and other financial solutions, manage CRM data and KPIs, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with Risk, Product, Operations, and Onboarding teams. Maintain merchant relationships after launch, drive adoption, and provide market feedback while adapting to evolving fintech products.

Build and oversee Tabby’s Kuwait enterprise and credit risk capabilities. Establish the local risk framework, appetite, policies, governance, reporting, KRIs, and risk processes. Provide credit oversight across underwriting, affordability, collections, and portfolio quality; challenge products and business initiatives; support licensing, regulatory engagement, resilience, outsourcing, incident management, and internal audit. Partner with Group Risk and cross-functional teams while developing risk culture and the future Kuwait risk organization.

Owns the end-to-end regulatory credit reporting pipeline, including daily submissions, acknowledgements, error resolution, customer disputes, reporting logic, data-quality checks, and new-product validation. The role works with dbt and BigQuery, interprets credit bureau specifications, manages SLAs, and serves as the primary contact for credit bureau communications.

Lead defensive cybersecurity across cloud, IT, and product environments. Manage security architecture reviews, GCP and AWS security, IAM, DevSecOps, vulnerability management, penetration testing, endpoint and firewall security, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and incident response.
