The Senior Data Analyst (CX) will focus on data analysis, reporting, and process optimization to enhance customer support. Responsibilities include analyzing datasets, writing SQL queries, building dashboards, using LLM tools, automating workflows, and collaborating with various departments for operational improvements.

Own and execute Tabby’s third‑party/vendor risk program: manage vendor onboarding, risk assessments, due diligence, monitoring, and SLAs; maintain vendor inventory and risk registers; build dashboards and support ERM activities including risk assessments, controls, reporting, and audit readiness.

Lead finance operations for Tabby Financing Company KSA, owning monthly close (D+3), statutory/tax/SAMA reporting, treasury, external audits, IFRS9 provisioning, strengthening controls, driving Oracle NetSuite ERP migration, managing intercompany/transfer pricing, and building a local finance team to support new product launches.

Build and configure AI agents and automations using no-code/low-code tooling, integrate agents with internal systems via APIs, test and evaluate agent behavior, work with datasets to improve performance, document workflows and best practices, and collaborate closely with platform engineers, product managers, and internal users to deliver production-impacting automation.

Work within platform teams on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and IaC. Automate provisioning, contribute to deployment pipelines, assist incident analysis and postmortems, and improve system reliability, scalability, and security while learning platform architecture and tooling.

Embedded in the DBA team to maintain operational health of transactional and analytical databases. Tasks include investigating slow PostgreSQL queries, reviewing schema/migration changes, backup and recovery, replication and cutovers, capacity tuning, observability, runbooks, incident triage, secure data handling, and on-call shadowing under senior review.
