Serves as a senior commercial legal advisor to Marketing, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Finance. Leads negotiation of marketing, advertising, performance-based, affiliate, media, creator, SaaS, API, licensing, and strategic partnership agreements. Advises leadership on AI, privacy, data, intellectual property, consumer protection, and commercialization risks. Builds scalable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and approval frameworks while mentoring junior legal professionals and supporting high-priority strategic initiatives.

Own complex HR operations workflows across employee changes, HR systems, payroll, benefits, compliance, and global employment processes. Improve HRIS configurations, automation, reporting, data integrity, documentation, and operational controls. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, managers, payroll providers, benefits vendors, and international employment partners to resolve issues and build scalable, audit-ready processes.

Build and scale Higgsfield AI’s events function, creating playbooks, calendars, processes, budgets, and success metrics. Own external conferences, trade shows, customer events, activations, executive experiences, internal offsites, and employee events end to end. Manage vendors, contracts, logistics, staffing, and onsite execution while partnering with cross-functional leaders. Measure event performance, negotiate costs, and ensure events support pipeline, customer engagement, partnerships, brand awareness, and company culture.

Build and automate technical security, privacy, and compliance controls across cloud, identity, HR, source control, CI/CD, and SaaS systems. Develop continuous monitoring, dashboards, alerts, release gates, evidence collection, control testing, and exception management. Design AI-assisted GRC workflows and support AI assurance initiatives. Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, auditors, and customer security teams in a fast-moving 0-to-1 environment.

Coordinates recruiting processes from interview scheduling through candidate handoff. Responsibilities include managing complex interview loops across time zones, supporting candidate communications and onsite logistics, maintaining accurate Ashby records, tracking scorecards and approvals, assisting recruiters and hiring managers, and improving recruiting workflows. The role is fully onsite in Almaty, five days per week.

Provide legal support for product development, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory strategy. Advise Product, Engineering, Security and executive teams on AI-powered features, data usage, and launches. Lead cross-functional legal workstreams, build scalable review processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks, and support commercial, IP, and operational initiatives to enable rapid, compliant product innovation.

The Senior Counsel will partner across departments to provide legal support, manage contracts, and build legal processes while staying updated on relevant laws.

Own product-led growth for a consumer generative AI platform: design and ship referral mechanics, build viral-sharing and mobile-first experiences, scale agentic/assistant distribution, run a high-velocity experiment pipeline, and own growth metrics (K-factor, referral revenue, CAC, activation). Work onsite in Almaty with founder-level visibility to turn product viral signals into sustainable, unit-economical revenue.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Growth, Monetization, Lifecycle, Retention, and related product/GTM roles. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes, build targeted sourcing strategies and pipelines, screen and manage candidates through interview and offer, advise on compensation and market conditions, maintain accurate recruiting documentation, collaborate with external partners, and improve candidate experience and recruiting speed.

Lead creative talent sourcing and community partnerships to build pipelines for content, production, and storytelling roles. Manage relationships with studios, agencies, creators, and schools; run recruiting events, portfolio reviews, and meetups; screen candidates and portfolios; track sourcing performance and maintain talent databases.
