Design and analyze structural components for bridges and transportation projects. Prepare structural design calculations, technical reports, and construction documents per AASHTO LRFD and DOT criteria. Perform load rating analyses, review constructability, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, assist with quantities and estimates, and communicate with clients. Use structural engineering software for analysis and design.

Lead and manage transportation/highway planning and design projects; mentor junior engineers and technicians; apply AASHTO and state/municipal design criteria. Use HCM methodology and traffic modeling (Synchro, SimTraffic, VISSIM) to forecast traffic, evaluate capacity and safety, analyze crashes, develop improvement concepts, conduct field reviews, and prepare technical reports with operational metrics.
