Conduct full-cycle recruiting for federal government contract positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination. Build talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, maintain compliant ATS records, and analyze recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers, Operations, Security, HR, and program leaders on staffing needs, clearance requirements, workforce planning, and process improvements. Represent the company at recruiting and veteran events while ensuring OFCCP and federal contractor compliance.

Plans and oversees training and operational projects from initiation through completion. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, purchasing, invoicing, staffing, subcontractors, equipment, reporting, compliance, risks, and customer coordination. Serves as a primary escalation point, tracks deliverables and performance, resolves operational issues, and communicates with internal teams, customers, vendors, and leadership. The role is onsite Monday through Friday and requires travel to domestic and international locations up to 25% of the time.

Owns the lifecycle, security, and administration of company devices, Mac MDM, user accounts, endpoint controls, networks, servers, backups, logging, and vulnerability remediation. Supports field deployments and customer-site infrastructure, maintains IT policies and documentation, coordinates shared services with parent-company IT, evaluates new tools, and communicates project risks and tradeoffs to leadership.

Build and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, and responsive React/TypeScript UIs for a modular security-operations platform. Integrate sensors and devices, implement real-time features (WebSockets, Kafka), design data models, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, sprint planning, and optimize full-stack features in a DevOps environment.

Directs the company’s global tax function, including tax accounting, domestic and international compliance, tax planning, transfer pricing, OECD Pillar Two, indirect tax, controversy, governance, and risk management. Advises executives, leads audits and cross-functional transactions, oversees government contracting tax matters, forecasts tax obligations, and implements tax technology and AI-enabled process improvements.

Lead and oversee engineering, planning, design, construction, and asset management for a DoD installation support contract. Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, quality, and mission requirements; develop policies and standards; coordinate with stakeholders; support contingency and emergency responses; perform field inspections and manage engineering teams.

Manage and maintain personnel and training records in TAMS to ensure compliance with DHS/FPS policies. Issue certifications, submit training rosters and artifacts, update employment and personnel data, and maintain record accountability. Complete required TAMS Records Management Training and support contract-specific reporting and adjudications processes.

Maintain and validate alarm system and building account information to support Federal Protective Service dispatching. Update building profiles, perform QA on information systems, track/log operations statistics, and assist with personnel training on system operations.
