POSITION SUMMARY
Constellis is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will build and own financial models, driver-based forecasts, and executive-level analyses that help leaders make better, faster decisions. You will design and implement AI-enabled workflows, analytical frameworks, and reusable financial tools that improve forecasting, decision support, and reporting across the enterprise.
This role is designed for a finance professional who combines rigorous financial acumen, strong business judgment, and intellectual curiosity with a passion for modernizing how finance operates. You are equally comfortable building sophisticated models, synthesizing complex information, communicating with senior leaders, and leveraging technology to expand the impact of finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, own, and improve reusable, driver-based financial models for revenue, margin, pipeline, funded backlog, and forecast credibility with transparent logic and documented checks
- Own the rolling forecast and P&L outlook, connect inputs to business drivers, challenge unsupported assumptions constructively, and deliver timely, reconciled forecasts with clear risks and opportunities
- Create decision-ready executive, board, and lender PowerPoint decks with clear narrative to explain what matters, compare options, and recommend actions
- Evaluate project economics, profitability, cash flow, and working-capital drivers; distinguish timing from structural change, make trade-offs visible to business partners and identify actions to improve results
- Personally build, test, and maintain approved agentic AI workflows for modeling, forecasting, reconciliation, recurring variance analysis, and presentation preparation. Validate AI-assisted outputs to the same standard as your own work.
- Maintain a shared, documented, version-controlled library of models and workflows with consistent metric definitions, calculation rules, and source-to-report lineage. Coach finance and business partners to confidently reuse models, reports, and approved workflows
- Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects independently, prioritize competing needs, and communicate risks and progress clearly through completion
- Work involves office-based financial analysis, computer use, and collaboration, with periodic planning and reporting deadlines. Essential functions may be performed with reasonable accommodation
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience, with demonstrated independent ownership of financial models, forecasts, or substantive analytical workstreams
- Hands-on examples of personally implemented multi-step AI workflows, including financial validation, human-review boundaries, and lessons learned
- Experience preparing executive and board materials; ability to turn analysis into clear, decision-ready presentations
- Initiative, accountability, and effective cross-functional communication, including explaining assumptions, challenging inputs constructively, and delivering accurately under changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience demonstrating the capabilities required for this role
