Designs and develops engineered products for automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, preparing and checking 2D and 3D drawings, optimizing designs for manufacturability, participating in design reviews, coordinating with technical specialists and cross-functional teams, supporting customer meetings, and maintaining design documentation. The role provides development opportunities for a graduate mechanical engineer.

Creates and checks complex 3D models, assemblies, drawings, tooling, BOMs, and model-based definitions using CATIA V5 and 3DX. Applies manufacturing knowledge, GD&T, tolerance analysis, interference checks, and installation assessments to aerospace ducting components. Coordinates designs with project and manufacturing engineers, supports shops, customers, and vendors, and performs engineering changes, weight calculations, and design reviews. Mentors junior employees as needed while maintaining compliance with safety and company procedures.

Analyze, test, qualify, and validate aircraft Environmental Control Systems, low-pressure air-conditioning ducting, and insulation products. Prepare technical documentation and reports demonstrating compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements. Support product development, qualification programs, testing, production activities, and customer communication while ensuring airworthiness, safety, quality, and manufacturing standards are met.

Leads the design, development, validation, and manufacturing support of custom metal bellows, assemblies, tooling, and fixtures. Creates SolidWorks models, drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation; applies GD&T and DFMA; performs engineering calculations and supports FEA, testing, and qualification. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, and customers while improving processes and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads the accounting function, including financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, fixed assets, inventory costing, audits, and tax compliance. Oversees accounting systems and ERP improvements, develops budgets and forecasts, analyzes financial performance, and provides strategic insights to leadership. Manages and develops the accounting team while partnering with operations, sales, auditors, and senior leadership to improve processes and financial visibility.

Designs assembly and shop tooling using 2D and 3D CAD, conventional machining, and rapid prototyping. Creates drawings and layouts, supports shop-floor technical inquiries, interprets drawings and specifications, contributes to design improvements and cost reduction, and supports quality, planning, MRB, safety, 5S, and equipment maintenance activities.

Manage day-to-day import/export shipments and documentation for US and Mexico; maintain product classification (HTS), ensure compliance with USMCA/FTAs, coordinate with brokers and carriers, and support audits and customs clearance.

The Senior Program Manager will oversee new and existing programs, ensuring successful execution through leadership, process improvements, and strong customer relations, while mentoring IPT leaders.

Maintain, optimise and support a portfolio of global HR systems (LMS, recruitment, engagement, HRIS). Provide first-line support, user administration, training, documentation, data integrity checks, reporting (Power BI/Excel), system testing and configuration changes, collaborate with suppliers and IT, and assist with digital HR rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Act as shift supervisor to ensure production meets targets, monitor cycle times, enforce quality standards, implement Lean practices, and troubleshoot production issues.
