Designs, deploys, and maintains automated solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. Builds CI/CD and release management processes, manages containerized environments, configures infrastructure deployment, implements security controls, and establishes monitoring and application metrics. Coordinates corrections with lending and branch teams, prepares and sends closing documents, monitors electronic signatures, updates DealerTrack records, books completed loans, and distributes checks and payoff letters. The role requires lending or financial experience, strong organization, independent judgment, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan-processing systems.

Leads enterprise IT platform strategy, engineering, operations, and modernization across cloud, on-premises infrastructure, DevOps, networking, systems, SRE, observability, and security engineering. Owns platform resilience, reliability, automation, disaster recovery, operational risk reduction, and engineering standards. Builds and develops technical teams, establishes operating models, and partners with Information Security to ensure secure, scalable, highly available platforms for a regulated financial institution.

Provides investment products and financial planning services to credit union members. Develops client relationships, assesses financial goals and risk tolerance, prepares recommendations and plans, processes securities transactions, monitors accounts, maintains records, responds to inquiries, and supports client education seminars. Requires registered representative experience, insurance and securities licenses, regulatory compliance, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Oversees business intelligence, reporting, data science, AI, automation, data platforms, responsible AI, and data governance. Partners with executives and business functions to prioritize use cases, deliver actionable insights, improve member experiences, increase efficiency, manage risk, and measure business value. Builds and leads high-performing teams, manages budgets and vendors, and communicates strategy, results, risks, and investment needs to leadership and the Board.

Provides operational and member support for debit card products, including monitoring performance, resolving escalated issues, troubleshooting transaction problems, supporting reporting and procedures, and contributing to product initiatives. Ensures regulatory compliance, data confidentiality, operational efficiency, and consistent member experiences while educating internal associates and addressing non-routine debit card issues.
