Provides integrated logistics and maintenance planning support for the U.S. Coast Guard small boat product line. Analyzes supply, maintenance, configuration, and project data; researches parts; develops Maintenance Procedure Cards and Time Compliant Technical Orders; creates repair specifications and Illustrated Parts Breakdown inputs; validates technical documentation; and coordinates with engineering, Coast Guard, supply, and operational stakeholders.

Designs and develops electro-mechanical and electronic systems, including requirements, circuit schematics, multilayer PCB layouts, prototypes, component selection, simulations, testing, troubleshooting, and product integration. The role leads development activities, creates technical specifications and test documentation, supports existing products, and collaborates with software engineers, product managers, customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities also include feasibility studies, test fixture design, low-power and RF design, and customer technical support.

Performs administrative and operations coordination for a military installation office, including correspondence, scheduling, front-office support, document and database management, mail routing, meeting preparation, records maintenance, and event coordination. Supports MFH Structural Inspection activities and assists with awards, decorations, and Leave Web.
