Build and operate enterprise application container services using Docker and Kubernetes. Create architecture models, diagrams, and technical documentation; coordinate SDLC activities; estimate technical work; apply best practices across development, testing, and deployment; manage source code in Git repositories; support Agile development teams; and improve application procedures, processes, and operational controls.

Responsibilities include configuring and patching workstations, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, telecommunications, and financial application issues, administering SharePoint and Portal content, managing IT assets and equipment accountability, supporting continuity procedures, and coordinating escalations with help desks and government technical teams.

Designs, configures, and develops Salesforce solutions for public-sector environments. Builds custom Apex and Visualforce applications, Force.com extensions, and AngularJS front-end interfaces; configures CRM systems, performs integrations, migrates Aura portals to Lightning, and troubleshoots and tests applications. Collaborates with analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into working solutions.

Provides business analysis and task management support to the Defense Health Agency using ETMS2. Coordinates task extensions, prepares reports, assists agency points of contact, evaluates organizational processes, identifies workflow efficiencies, conducts work simplification studies, and develops operations and procedures manuals. The role interfaces with senior agency and Department of Defense leaders and requires strong communication, organization, judgment, and customer service skills.
